Jamai Raja 2: Nia Sharma On Doing Bold Scenes On The Web And Kissing Ravi Dubey, ‘Maine Sab Kar Liya, I Became Comfortable’

Nia Sharma is telly world’s sunshine girl. She’s uninhibited, she’s talented and she doesn’t mince her words. She wears her attitude on her sleeve and her fans love her don’t-care-a-damn vibe. She shot to fame working on one of the most popular shows on Indian TV, Jamai Raja. After the show wound up on TV, it had a digital spin-off in the form of Jamai Raja 2.0, only it was hotter and more intense.
Nia Sharma’s co-star Ravi Dubey was initially a tad uncomfortable baring it all and doing intense lovemaking scenes on the OTT space, as was revealed by his wife Sargun Mehta but Nia had no such hesitance, by her own admission. Nia hails Ravi as a thorough professional. In a conversation with Bollywoodlife, Nia opened up about shedding inhibitions in the web show Twisted. “I entered the OTT space much earlier than everybody when it was budding, I came from Twisted, the series that I took off much earlier than nobody else was ready to experiment. Maine vaha sab kar liya and I kind of became okay about what it is on OTT space. I had become comfortable with it," she said.
Further talking about Ravi, she added, “When it came to Ravi, I always found this very nice, decent and sincere actor to work with. I never had any problems with these kinds of scenes with Ravi. He doesn't make you uncomfortable or anything."
