As OTT platform, ALTBalaji turned 3, stars Karan Singh Grover, Divyanka Tripathi, Asha Negi, Shabir Ahluwalia, Karan Kundra and Varun Sood review their own shows and take funny digs at them, leaving the viewers in splits
OTT platform, AltBalaji has been entertaining the audience with shows in the past three years. On the occasion of the homegrown OTT platform's third birthday, stars who have featured in various series premiered on this platform, decided to applaud their own performances and also poked fun at certain scenes featuring them. Stars such as Karan Singh Grover, Divyanka Tripathi, Asha Negi, Shabir Ahluwalia, Karan Kundra and Varun Sood, taking to their social networking accounts, all had their respective programmes playing on their devices, while they poked fun at it.
Karan Singh Grover who was seen in Boss – Baap of Special Services, as Keshav just made an intense scene from the series all fun. In the Insta video he is heard saying, “No Please. Don’t make him blow up. He is too cute to die,” with the camera panning to a little boy who is on the radar. Later with he attacks the villain and both fall of a building, reacting to this he says, “I simply can’t watch this anymore. Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it’s jumping Keshav”
Next up is Asha Negi who revealed about tripping on a particular scene where she and her co-star Priya Bannerjee are just hooked onto insisting one another to have dabeli (food item) in a lavish party. This funny scene was from Asha’s web show Baarish co-starring Sharman Joshi in the male lead.
Divyanka Tripathi in her Insta post was appreciating her co-star of the web show Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala, while we thought it of actor Rajeev Khandelwal, the actress introduced it to be a rooster. LOL! Rajeev are you listening? She also mentioned about the dialogue which quite picked up with this series, ‘Aao toh welcome, jao toh bheed kam.’

Also joining the league were actors Karan Kundra and Varun Sood. While Karan Kundra mentioned about his character introduction in It Happened in Calcutta being quite funny and unusual, Varun Sood who played Rahul in Ragini MMS 2 Returns, kept on taking a fun dig at his onscreen character for being shameless.
