Mai Hero Boll Raha Hun: Arslan Goni On His Character Lala From The Web Series; ‘He Is Far Too Eccentric And Different Than Me’
Bigg Boss 14 fame Aly Goni’s brother Arslan Goni has earned lots of love from the audience, playing the character of Lala in the web series Mai Hero Boll Raha Hun. Now, Arslan talks about his character and how it is different from him
The charming, Arslan Goni has proved his skills on screen and gained an immense amount of love from the audience as his character ‘Lala’ in Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu. After Ekta Kapoor being right about putting her faith in Arslan Goni, he has stood up to the mark and aced the character. Arslan Goni made his big-screen debut in Bollywood in 2017 with the film ‘Jia Aur Jia’ alongside Kalki Koechlin and Richa Chadha after which he has now debuted in the world of OTT platforms.
Arslan Goni plays the role of a powerful gangster ‘Lala’ in the web series ‘Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu’ which gave him a lot of recognition because of his versatility in his acting and a close place in the heart of his fans as he did justice to his character. Arslan Goni says, “I don’t relate in any terms with qualities of ‘Lala’, he is far too eccentric and different than me, we don’t have any similarities and he is a criminal actually (Chuckles). I was happy in putting some things in ‘Lala’ which are obviously created by me, which made me think that do I also have such a dark side but then as an actor, you keep questioning yourself but then I won't say that I have anything similar or I can relate to. Maybe his angst, that’s it.”
Even if Arslan Goni doesn’t relate to his character he has won many hearts with his skills. After binge-watching, the series fans are going crazy over the looks and expressions the actor has given throughout the series with some amazing dialogues that are whistle worthy.
