Priyamani On The Family Man 2, 'It's Definitely Going To Be Bigger And Better’ - EXCLUSIVE
Manoj Bajpayee, Priyamani, Samantha Akkineni starrer The Family Season 2 is one of the most anticipated web series of this year on Amazon Prime. The release date had to be pushed as the post-production couldn't be completed due to the pandemic.
Ever since the makers dropped the trailer of The Family Man 2, the excitement and anticipation for the series have just increased. While the fans are eagerly waiting for the release, actress Priyamani who is part of the show too can't hold her excitement. She says, “Even though I am part of the show, I am also a huge fan of the series and I hope it releases soon, I’m too looking forward for the release."
The Family Man 2 was early slated to release in February this year, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the release was pushed. However, the actress promises that the upcoming series will be ‘bigger’ and ‘better’. “I am not boasting, but the rest is on the audience, let's see how they receive it," asserts Priyamani.
Directed by Raj and DK the show also features Sharib Hashmi, and Sharad Kelkar from season one and a new addition to The Family Man series is South star Samantha Akkineni.
While some reports suggest that the show will release in May, no official confirmation has been made by the makers. It will be interesting to see how the second season has panned out as the first season had ended on a high note.
While Priyamani waits for the release of The Family Man Season 2 she also has several releases up her sleeves. The actress will next be seen in Zee 5's His Storyy, Narappa with Venkatesh, and Virataparvam with Rana Daggubati and SaiPallavi.
