Shiddat: Sunny Kaushal And Radhika Madan's Intense Love Story To Release On 1 October On Disney+ Hotstar

After several delays, Shiddat starring Sunny Kaushal, Radhika Madan, Mohit Raina, and Diana Penty finally gets a release date. The romantic drama is slated to release on 1 October on Disney+ Hotstar. Shiddat completed shooting in March 2020 and was targeting a September 2020 release, but the release was indefinitely delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, actor Sunny Kaushal took to his Instagram account and made the announcement. He wrote, "Watch Kartika & Jaggi take over the world with their Shiddat wala pyaar." #ShiddatTrailer13thSeptember #Shiddat releasing on 1st October on @disneyplushotstar


Directed by Kunal Deshmukh, the trailer of the film is scheduled to release on 13 September. The official announcement of the film was made on 16 May 2019 and the shooting began on 23 November 2019. Shiddat is said to have two parallel tracks focusing on the journey of two couples. While Radhika is paired opposite Sunny and Mohit will be seen romancing Diana. It is written by Sridhar Raghavan and Dheeraj Rattan, with dialogues by Dheeraj, the film also marks Radhika’s second collaboration with Dinesh after Angrezi Medium.  Whereas Diana was last seen in Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi in 2019.

It is presented by Gulshan Kumar and Prem Vijan. Dinesh Vijan's Shiddat, a Maddock Original Film, is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Bhushan Kumar. Meanwhile, actor Sunny Kaushal awaits the release of his sports drama film '83, lead by Ranveer Singh.
