The Last Hour directed by Amit Kumar, is a supernatural crime-drama streaming on Amazon Prime Video. The show also features Sanjay Kapoor and Karma Takapa. SpotoboyE recently got into an exclusive conversation with its actors Shahana Goswami, Raima Sen, and Shaylee Krishen to talk about the show, and much more. During the interaction, when the actresses were asked if they believe in an afterlife, here’s what they had to say. “Yes! I definitely believe in it. There has to be something beyond and I generally believe that the soul continues. Even if you talk at a quantum physic level the energy doesn't get destroyed, it goes and becomes something else, it just changes form. We may not understand it and it's our biggest intrigue - life after death, but we will find out, “says Shahana
Raima shares her thoughts too," I just feel that there is more to us than physical bodies. There are so many supernatural stories, obviously, there has to be some truth to it. Maybe we haven't experienced it or we still discovering and trying to find some answers but there is definitely something beyond this physical thing on earth. I don't know about the afterlife, but some books claim it's true while some say it isn’t, so we actually don't know, we are still discovering."
Actress Shaylee who makes her debut with The Last Hour speaks about her experience on the sets, "I was very thrilled because it's my debut and I got to work with these famous actors. The place I come from is not very advance towards cinema. For me, it was a big deal to be on the sets with Sanjay Kapoor, Raima Sen, and Shahana Goswami. Initially, I was nervous about how they gonna treat me, cause we had heard so many stories about stars having attitude but on this set, it was nothing like that, they were very nice and welcoming towards me." She further adds, “Sanjay sir felt like my father he would tell me, 'don't sit like that, it's not a good manner' he would always correct me. Shahana was more like a friend, I loved her in Rock On, and it’s also my favorite movie. And Raima is so hot and pretty I would only look at her and admire her. I was awestruck by her beauty all the time. I am a star now in my village for working with such great stars."
The Last Hour is a crime thriller series with a backdrop of the supernatural. It released on 14 May and is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
