ALTBalaji and ZEE5 series ‘The Married Woman’ is among one of the most highly anticipated web series, and the trailer of the show had released in February. The show starring Ridhi Dogra and Monica Dogra revolves around the story of Aastha- an ideal wife, daughter-in-law, and a perfect mother, and Peeplika, who helps her explore her path on self-discovery. The trailer impressed one and all, and fans can’t wait for the web series to premiere on the OTT Platform.
The Married Woman features some intimate scenes between Monica Dogra and Ridhi Dogra. While speaking about how she prepared for the scenes, Monica Dogra revealed that she and Ridhi have great chemistry, so that was of great help. She also spoke about getting into the mindset of her character. While speaking to SpotboyE, Monica Dogra said, “In order to get into the mindset of my character, I spent a lot of time with the script and also diving into the history of my life since there is a lot of overlap personally for me and my character, Peeplika. In terms of preparing for my scenes with Ridhi, we did workshops with my director Sahir (Raza) and with the creative director, Mehek Aneja.”
She further added, “We talked through absolutely every dialogue, every movement, why the intimacy was necessary for the scene and all that. In terms of handling the intimacy itself, Ridhi and I have great chemistry on screen and off-screen. So that was really helpful.”
Apart from Ridhi Dogra and Monica Dogra, The Married Woman also features Imaad Shah, Ayesha Raza, Rahul Vohra, Divya Seth Shah, Nadira Babbar, and Suhaas Ahuja, among others. The Married Woman will premiere from 8th March only on ALTBalaji & ZEE5!
