Alt Balaji’s new web series ‘Booo Sabki Phategi’ is produced under Ekta Kapoor's banner called Balaji Telefilms. In fact, Ekta’s brother Tusshar Kapoor made his debut in the digital world with this web show. It is an 8-episodes multi-starrer horror-comedy web series and it has been released on June 27.The web series is directed by a Housefull fame director, Farhad Samji.
The web show has an interesting star cast, which includes Tusshar Kapoor, Mallika Sherawat, Sanjay Mishra, Shefali Jariwala, Krushna Abhishek, Ashwini Kalsekar, Kiku Sharda, Mukesh Tiwari, Vipul Roy, Anil Charanjeet, Shweta Gulati, Saba Saudagar and Sakshi Pradhan.
There are two important characters in the web show, Manav (Tusshar Kapoor) who is a decent guy in the web show and Haseena (Mallika Sherawat) who is playing the role of a ghost. Interestingly, after a gap of 17 years Tusshar and Mallika are sharing screen space together.
However, the story revolves around a group of friends who plan to surprise their old friend and spend a few nights at a spooky resort, managed by a blind caretaker (Sanjay Misshra). However, Manav is the target of the lady ghost and he finally becomes the butt of all joke. The makers tried to blend horror and comedy together, but they failed badly! It is basically a no-brainer.
