While Kapoor is busy gearing up for her upcoming comedy flick Good Newwz, the actress looks glamorous and charming throughout the glimpses from the film shared so far. As Kareena follows a strict diet routine owing to her strict work commitments, the diet, the actress followed during the filming of Good Newwz is finally out. Kareena Kapoor Khan rocked and aced her shimmer look in the song ‘Dila do ghar Chandigarh mein’ from film Good Newwz. While many of us want to shimmer as Kareena Kapoor did in the Good Newwz song, dietician Rujuta Diwekar took to her Instagram to reveal the diet the actress followed while shooting the song. When we watch Kareena sizzling on the big screen in full energy, we all wonder ‘Kya khaati hai?’, finally Bebo’s dietician has ousted the secret behind the actresses’ diet, the exact meal plan that she was on a week before the shoot of the song. For starters, according to Rujuta Diwekar’s diet plan, Kareena’s Mean 1 was Soaked black raisin with Kesar that the actress had once she woke up in the morning. Moving on forward in the day, for her Breakfast i.e Meal 2, Kapoor had Paratha with Chutney, sticking on to her typical Punjabi girl routine. Later in the day, for her mid-meal, Kareena’s Meal 3 included Coconut Water with a pinch of Shia (Sabja) seeds which will help get rid of the excessive bloating. In Meal 4, Bebo’s diet includes Curd Rice and Papad for Lunch, while the actresses’ mid-meal after Lunch, Meal 4 consists of Walnut and Cheese.
For her Evening Meal a week before the Good Newwz song shoot, Kareena Kapoor Khan had Banana Milkshake as her Meal number six. In Meal 7, i.e Dinner, the Good Newwz actress ate Khichdi and Curd OR Suran Tikki and Veg Pulao. Finally, with the day coming to an end, as he Meal 8, Kareena either had Milk or Banana Milkshake before Bedtime if required.
This diet plan that Kareena Kapoor Khan followed before the shooting schedule of her song allows her to train approx 4 to 5 hours a week and provides her with the energy to work and run her home. As we follow a rather fast-paced routine and lifestyle, staying in good shape comes by eating healthy and home-cooked meals at the right intervals. It is rather simple to stay in shape by eating traditional food, and one can surely adapt to a sustainable lifestyle without hitting it hard in the gym for hours.
