The Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor Kartik Aaryan is a fitness enthusiast and his lean body is the proof of the same. The boy from Gwalior has made it big in no time. He has a huge fan following not only because of his acting but also for his fitness and looks. But Kartik is an ardent fan of Salman Khan and thus, he says that Salman has brought this trend of bodybuilding.

Kartik works hard to keep himself fit and from time to time he keeps sharing his workout and diet plans on Instagram. Let us know the secret of his perfect body and fitness.

Kartik’s diet plan
Kartik is a pure vegetarian and his diet is very simple. Although, he says that for vegetarian people there is less option of consuming protein. While protein is extremely necessary for building muscles and for maintaining a fit body. For protein intake, Kartik takes cheese, soybeans, lentils and some milk products. Apart from this, he is not that strict and selective about food. He also eats outside once a week. He likes to have French fries and sweets, but to stay fit now he avoids sweets and junk foods. In every two hours, he eats something healthy. Low carbs and high protein diet are included in his routine diet plan. He also does not take coffee and tea every day, he prefers to take green tea instead. Green tea helps to remove toxic substances by strengthening metabolism.

However. Kartik says that he always keeps himself hydrated to maintain his energy level. For this, he starts his morning with lemonade which melts the excess fat from the body and also keeps him hydrated.

Kartik’s workout plan
Kartik spends about two hours daily in the gym and at times, he spends more than two hours in the gym. Kartik is strict about his fitness. He does 200 push-ups daily. Skipping, cycling, weight training and running are included in his workout plan. Apart from this, Kartik also does many new exercises by taking the advice of his fitness expert. His exercise changes every other day.
