Milind Soman Does Superman pushups in new video, While Ankita Does Yoga, Checkout The Post
Milind Soman is well on his way to become 'Superman of India' and his recent social media post is the proof of the same. Model turned actor Milind Soman posted a video and a picture of himself doing a yet another difficult pushups named as "superman pushups." In the shared picture Milind mentioned it as his current favourite exercise and he needs to "build more explosive power."

While sharing the picture he wrote, "Next step Superman pushups ! Need to build more explosive power ' my new favourite, will get better '''. The hair helps of course ''' #love #keepmoving #neverstop #pushups #live2inspire #betterhabits4betterlife #bettereveryday #loveyourself."

Milind Soman's wife Ankita Konwar who also shares his passion for fitness praises him for his stunning looks in the video. She commented on the post, 'even though he's doing something stupendous, he has managed to look 'so charming'.

On the other hand, Ankita, who accompanies Milind in his daily exercise said she just did yoga.

While sharing the picture she wrote, "Just some yoga for the soul today. As much as I’m missing the road like crazy and my tomato tan, the good thing about this quarantine is that I don’t have zebra stripes all over my body anymore. I’m sure all the runners here can relate to that. My Monday motivation - Do what you gotta do to get you through this. Don’t forget everything that you do has a direct or indirect impact on your health, be it physical, mental or spiritual. Let's pay attention."

Milind had suggested meditation for peace of mind in this hard time of COVID-19 earlier this month.
