Sara Ali Khan is one of the fittest actresses in Bollywood. However, the Kedarnath actress had suffered from PCOS or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, a hormonal disorder that affects several women in recent days. The main symptoms of this hormonal disorder are irregular periods, hair loss, excessive weight gain, facial and body hair growth.

Recently, Sara has shared a throwback video on her Instagram handle wherein one can easily notice that the bubbly actress was overweight. However, Sara has come a long way. According to reports, when Sara made her debut in Koffee with Karan last year, she said, “I was 96 kgs. Actually, I had PCOD. I still do. And, because of that, I think I put on the amount of weight that I did. Because of that, there was also a hormone problem.” 

Despite suffering from PCOS, the actress has managed to lose 30 kgs. Now, the Simmba actress looks extremely gorgeous. Let’s have a look what Sara’s diet and workout plan comprise off. 

Sara Ali Khan has simple idlis or egg whites and toast. And for lunch, she likes to have chapatis, daal, vegetables, salad, and fruits. The actress doesn’t go for a heavy dinner, she likes to keep it light which only includes chapatis and green veggies. For a pre-workout meal, Sara takes oats or muesli and fruits, and tofu, salad, protein shake for a post-workout meal. 

And to remain fit and healthy, Sara runs on the treadmill every day. For body strengthening and flexibility, she does Pilates. Her workout plan also includes boot camp training. To avoid boredom, the actress loves to do various exercises.
