Experts have asked people to build a strong immune system so that they can battle the virus. The strong immune system means a healthy life.

We have often heard that our body is like a temple and we all should respect it by eating properly, sleeping well and working out. But in this busy schedule, many of us cannot manage it. Including these three habits we can live a healthy life.


Eat properly: Eat food which are rich in vitamins and give sufficient amounts of fibre to your body. Include vegetables like Kale, Broccoli and Cabbage in daily diet.

Sleep: During the lockdown, many people watched television very late and hence sleep routine went on the toss. A body needs 8 hours of sleep for proper functioning. Good sleep keeps you in good shape and brains also works properly.


Workout: It is one of the most important aspects and must be treated as a habit. Exercise plays an important role as it helps a person release stress, unnecessary fats and also keeps you in shape. Exercise is also good if you want good skin. It unclogs pores and hence making it glow more.

These are simple ways which can help you live a healthy life and also keep you away from any other kind of diseases.
