Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia Deshmukh and Jiya Shankar are all set to mesmerize the audience with their upcoming movie Ved. While movie marks Riteish’s directorial debut, the songs ‘Ved Tujha’ And ‘Besuri’ have taken over the internet. Catch them exclusively playing on Maharashtra’s only favourite Marathi Mushic Channel- 9X Jhakaas from December 7th to December 9th.
Ved Tujha is crooned by Ajay-Atul, the song is filmed on Riteish and Jiya’s characters. It perfectly symbolizes the feeling of love and entitlement that comes along with it. On the other hand, Besuri is an ode to all one-side lovers who have been friend-zoned by their special someone. Sung by Vasudhara Vee, the song is written and composed by Ajay-Atul. The song focuses on Genelia’s character and throws light on the feeling a one-sided lover goes through.
Talking about the movie, it also stars Ashok Saraf and Shubhankar Tawde in pivotal roles. It was reported by ETimes, that Bollywood actor Salman Khan, who made a cameo in Riteish’s first Marathi movie Lai Bhaari will also be making a special appearance in Ved.
For the unversed, Ved is an official remake of Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Ruth Prabhu 2019 starrer Majili. The songs of the movie are composed by musician duo Ajay-Atul. Directed by Riteish Deshmukh, the movie is produced by Genelia Deshmukh. It is all set to release on the big screen on December 30th.
