Ananya: It's A Wrap For Ravi Jadhav's Next Marathi Emotional Drama Starring Hruta Durgule

Ravi Jadhav is coming soon to the cinemas with a strong film that has an inspirational plot where he shares a new take on life after giving hits like ‘Timepass’, ‘Timepass 2’, ‘Balak Palak’, ‘Nude’ and ‘Kaccha Limbu’. Ananya is a film based on a play going by the same name. Pratap Phad who has written and directed the award-winning play Ananya collaborates with Ravi Jadhav to narrate the same story in the film.
The shooting schedule is now a wrap! We cannot wait to see Hruta Durgule as Ananya and Ravi Jadhav spinning his magic again in the cinema hall.

Ravi takes the film to a wider audience than the theatre fans. A story like Ananya needs to be told. This story is of a simple girl-next-door ‘Ananya’ who meets with a life-altering accident. Losing her feet and restricted to a wheelchair, her life takes a turn and she undergoes a very inspiring transformation. This story is bound to motivate viewers to live life in a more meaningful way. Hruta Durgule in the lead. Hruta has become a household name in small screens, with her television serial Phulpakhru.
Ananya - the play was showcased in one of the most prestigious forums like Bharat Rang Mahotsav. The lead actress Rujuta Bagwe from the play was also recognized by a ‘Ranga Pratibha Puraskar’ of Akhil Bhartiya Natya Parishad. Both Rutuja and Pratap were recognized as ‘Best Actor Female’ and ‘Best Director’ respectively, by ‘Maharashtra Rajya Shasan Puraskar’ in the commercial drama category.
