Madhuri Dixit’s Marathi Project ‘Panchak’ Goes On Floors, Shares Mahurat Pic On Twitter
Madhuri Dixit has turned producer with Panchak which is a Marathi film. This is not the first time that the pretty actress is producing any Marathi film. The film stars Adinath Kothare and will be directed by Jayant Jathar.

Madhuri took to her official Twitter handle and wrote, “निर्माती म्हणून अजून एक रोमांचक चित्रपट "पंचक" तुमच्यासाठी घेऊन येत आहोत, पांचकच्या संपूर्ण टीमला माझ्या कडून खूप खूप शुभेच्छा|”

She even made the announcement on the Instagram. “Elated to announce our film banner, @rnmmovingpictures, next project, #Panchak 🎬 It's a fantastic and hilarious take on belief & superstitions for the whole family. Sending my best wishes to our team as they start shooting today!”

The film is a multi-starrer with Addinath in the lead role and much information about the other casts has not been revealed. This will be Addinath and Madhuri’s second collaboration.

Addinath will also be seen in ‘83 as Dilip Vengsarkar. Paani, his directorial debut, is all about water conservation. The film was produced by none other than Priyanka Chopra. Paani features Adinath Kothare, Rucha Vaidya, Subodh Bhave, Kishor Kadam, Girish Joshi and Rajit Kapoor.

Paani is a love story that deals with the issue of drought in Marathwada. Inspired by the true story of a common man and his village, Nagdarwadi, situated in the drought-prone Marathwada region of Maharashtra; the film is a beautifully woven tale of human struggle and true love, and aims to drive home a key message, critical to the world we live in today.
