Comedy king of the 90s Satish Kaushik announces his debut in Marathi film production
Satish Kaushik was a king of comedy in the 90s. Following the trend of Sanjay Dutt, Priyanka Chopra and Subhas Ghai, now Satish Kaushik moves to Marathi cinema. The sheer talent and potential of Marathi film industry has attracted the ‘B-town’ celebs!
Kaushik recently announced to a leading newspaper that he is coming to the cinemas on 11th october this year under the banner of Satish Kaushik Entertainment Productions and Loka Entertainment with a fresh new script and talented star cast. This simple yet captivating tale is titled ‘Man Udhan Vara’.
This film will be directed by Marathi cinema's popular cinematographer, Sanjay Memane who gave masterpieces like ‘Shwaas’ and ‘Half-Ticket’ to Marathi cinema. What’s new is that it will be shot in konkan giving it a purely rural touch.
Kishor Kadam, Uttara Bavkar, Sagar Karande, Sharvari Lohkare, Monal Gajjar, Ritwij Vaidya, Dr.Sharad Bhutadia, Vinod Kulkarni, Bharati Patil, Vaibhav Rajadhyaksha, Sakshi Gandhi, Julia Mone and Anuradha Atlekar will be the power packed star cast performing in this film.
