Picasso: Amazon Prime Announces World Premiere Of First-Ever Direct To Stream Marathi Film

The Marathi Cinema “Picasso” is directed and co-written by Abhijeet Mohan Warang under the banner of One Films & Everest Entertainment and produced by Shiladitya Bora. The popular Marathi actor and National Award winner Prasad Oak has appeared in the lead role of this movie. The other key actors are Samay Sanjeev Tambe and Ashwini Mukadam. The movie is slated to release on 19th March this year that includes prime members in India and 240 countries across the globe and would be able to watch the World premiere of Picasso absolutely on Amazon Prime Video.
Picasso is a unique concept film that loosely relates to Dashavatra art and Amazon Prime Video has launched its trailer for the audience today. This is for the time in history that any Marathi Cinema is streaming directly on Amazon Prime Video. The star cast of ‘Picasso’ includes National Award winner actor Prasad Oak, the popular child artist Samay Sanjeev Tambe and Ashwini Mukadam. The story revolves around an alcoholic father and his son. The movie is produced by Shiladitya Bora.
The movie is directed and co–written by debutant Abhijeet Mohan Warang with co-writer Tushar Paranjape.
