And I felt so good. This was truly a sign that I slept well last night, without any scary dreams, any anxieties, or any fears. So I had to go for a morning run as I was feeling fresh this morning. And those 45 minutes of outdoor workout added more happiness. Other than having a great family support Good books(reading), and running (or any workout) are the only two things that have kept me going in these difficult times.
