It is nearly a year since renowned actor-director Nishikant Kamat passed away. Many people and celebrities mourned his death, as the Indian film industry lost a gem of an artist. But even though being a close friend of Nishikant, director Sanjay Jadhav didn’t say anything about his friend’s death. Sanjay’s silence had everyone curious at the time, as everyone was wondering why didn’t he say anything on social media.
Thus, breaking his long silence, the director finally expressed his feelings over the loss of such a dear friend.
Sanjay took to his Insta to share some old pictures with Nishikant. The pictures look like they are from the shoot of their project together. Further expressing his feelings over his friend’s death, Sanjay wrote a heartfelt caption to his post. While expressing his feelings, the director described his beautiful memories with Nishikant and why he didn’t write anything at the time of his death. While marking the end of his caption, the director wrote “I am sure tu aur Amit Pawar must be discussing next project ... of course with glasses in hand.... cheers Nishi...”.These heartfelt words of Sanjay must’ve made everyone end up in tears, as we can see in the comment section. Looking at this post, Sanjay has surely given a great tribute to his close friend.
On the work front, while trying his hand at acting, Sanjay recently appeared as an advocate in the newly started Marathi crime thriller TV show, Kay Ghadla Tya Ratri.
