Actor, writer and director Hemant Dhome has shared the poster for his upcoming Marathi film ‘Jhimma’ on his Instagram early last week. Set to release in 2020, the shooting for this project has already kicked off. He recently took to Instagram to inform his fans and followers that the Jhimma is about to begin.
The first look gives a cool-party-like look and feel to the poster. The actors promoting Jhimma are shooting in London which suggests an international landscape is something we can certainly look out for. This movie is named after a traditional Marathi game played by women during festivals, which makes us curious about the plot as well!

Suhas Joshi, Nirmiti Sawant, Suchitra Bandekar, Kshitee Jog, Sayali Sanjeev and Mrinmayee Godbole will also be seen in this movie playing important roles. Directed by Hemant Dhome, ‘Jhimma’ is produced by Amey Vinod Khopkar Entertainment and Chalchitra Company which Dhome has recently launched along with his wife Kshitee Jog.
Siddharth Chandekar who was previously seen in a soft romantic love story ‘Gulab Jamun’ with Sonali Kulkarni, created a magic with his performance. His fans would be waiting to see if the magic works again with Sonalee Kulkarni in Jhimma.
