Bhave recently made his directorial debut with Katyar Kaljat Ghusli which went on to become one of the blockbusters in the Marathi cinema. The actor, who has never let down his directors and viewers with his performances, has many super hit films to his credit. Now the actor is presenting his landmark film, Balgandharva on Amazon Prime.
Balgandgarva revolves around Narayan Rajhans Bal Gandharv, a Marathi singer and stage actor. The female characters that he has played have been immortalized in history. Subodh accurately imitates the late legend and depicts his struggles from rags to riches. Subodh was highly praised for his noteworthy performance in the National Award-winning film.

The actor has also been involved in a lot of social initiatives and services. In fact, he even contributed funds towards the CM’s Coronavirus Relief Fund and towards film and theatre artists suffering from unemployment amidst the pandemic.
