During these days of lockdown, people are not able to go to the gym and workout outdoor. Thus it is difficult for people who always do their workouts. Some are really trying to do a workout at their home, it is obvious that people cannot do every exercise they do at the gym but they are doing what they can to stay healthy and fit. Many actors are among these people as well. Actor Chirag Patil recently shared his workout video on his Instagram.
Chirag has mentioned that this video is a throwback to his outdoor workout routine. His workout routine is really intense. A hard workout that includes pop squats with the tire, pulling tire, various types of , etc. are the secret behind his fitness. Chirag said he is missing the days when he did this workout routine in the open air without having to wear a mask and he can’t wait to get back.
Actors are the role models and inspirations for their fans, their physique is something that every fan of them wants to have. But the road to perfect physique is not simple and everyone must do daily workout to stay healthy and to achieve the fit posture that they desire. But the case is not the same for the current situation, since we cannot go outside these days we must do exercises that can be done at home and try to stay healthy.
