Singer of some of our favourite songs like ‘Mar Javaan’ (Fashion), ‘Tujhe Bula Diya’ (Anjaana Anjaani), ‘Criminal’ (Ra.One), the beautiful singer Shruti Pathak joins Host Eva Bhatt, to talk about her passion for music, her learning and her experiences.
She is a lyricist too and has penned songs like ‘Payaliya’ (Dev.D) & ‘Shubhaarambh’ (Kai Po Che). Her journey in the music industry, as an ‘outsider’, from Ahmedabad, and to have sung for some of the top names like Salim-Sulaiman, Vishal & Shekhar to Amit Trivedi, is truly commendable.
Shruti Pathak is a sheer joy to listen to when she croons her Bollywood songs, Gujarati folk & a ghazal.
