Over the years, Bollywood playback singer Arijit Singh has won many hearts. He often hosts concerts for his ever growing fanbase. After having performed in cities like Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad, he was performing in Aurangabad on Sunday evening, when he went through a traumatic experience. He was interacting with his fans during his concert, when a female fan grabbed his arm and pulled on it, resulting in him suffering injury.

Videos of the same are currently going viral on social media as netizens have been expressing their disappointment in the female fans. In one of the videos uploaded on Twitter, the singer can be heard explaining to her calmly how her actions were wrong. He goes on to tell her how pulling his hand like she did, has resulted in his hands shaking. While speaking to the crowd he goes on to ask everyone if he should just leave. ALSO READ: VIRAL! When the crowd collectively refuses, quoted by Pinkvilla, he says, “You have to understand. You are a grown-up, right? You are a mature person, right? Why did you pull me like that? My hand is shaking right now. I can't move my hand.” A fan page took to their Instagram to share an update on Arijit’s hand by sharing a photo of his wrapped arm. Many netizens came forward and extended their support towards the singer and wished for a speedy recovery.  One wrote, “I was always concerned when he went out of the way to shake hands. People are careless.” Another wrote, “like seriously....why would anyone do that him.” Other one wrote, “This type of BEHAVIOUR with an artists or singers should nt be accepted.”

For the unversed, he performed his iconic songs Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Kabira, Tere Pyaar Mein, Kesariya, Hawayein, etc during the concert, leaving everyone mesmerised with his melodious voice.
