Kaala Chashma Composer Tanishk Bagchi’s Song Scrapped From Shah Rukh's Film
Aanand L Rai loves Tanishk Bagchi’s work is no secret. The filmmaker had roped in the composer for Banno Tera Swagger, the super-hit song from Tanu Weds Manu Returns, back in 2015.

Of course for his next film with SRK, where Shah Rukh Khan plays a dwarf, Aanand L Rai wanted Tanishk to compose a number.

However, Rai was in a double mind about the song which Tanishk had composed for his film. So, he went to Shah Rukh Khan and made him hear the tune. SRK was mighty impressed with the number and suggested Rai to retain the song. It was last year in June that the composer had presented a scratch of this work to Shah Rukh Khan (Tanishk ‘Swagger’ Bagchi has found a new admirer in SRK!, Jul 14).

However, the latest update is that the same song which SRK had loved then has been dropped. Don’t worry, Shah Rukh Khan’s equation has not gone ugly with Tanishk. A change in the plot played the villain!

A source close to the composer told SpotboyE.com, “ Tanishk had made the track after listening to the situation from Aanand sir. Recently, the situation of the film where that song was meant to be fitted has been changed. The song if implemented would have only looked out of place."

The source further added that the producers have finalised Krsna Solo to compose a new song for the new situation. Krsna has earlier composed songs for Aanand L Rai’s Tanu Weds Manu Returns (2015) and Tanu Weds Manu (2011).

Tanisk Bagchi was also a part of the Alia Bhatt-Varun Dhawan starrer Badrinath Ki Dulhania along with Amaal Mallik and an independent composer Akhil (Karan Johar Skips The Big Names For The Music Of Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya, Dec 8).

Recently, Tanishk teamed up with Kala Chashma rapper Badshah to recreate the track, Humma Humma for Shaad Ali’s film OK Jaanu, starring Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor.

You can bet your last shirt that Tanishk shed a few tears.
