Rapper MC Kode AKA Aditya Tiwari, Who Went Missing After Sharing A Cryptic Post, Found In Jabalpur After Week-Long Search
Delhi-based rapper MC Kode, aka Aditya Tiwari, who had gone missing last week, has now been found in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, by the Mumbai Police. He had gone missing last week after he shared a cryptic post on social media that hinted at suicide ideation. In his Instagram story, he wrote, “The constant suffering and trials and tribulations of life have made me weak.” MC Kode had been at the receiving end of severe social media backlash after an old clip of him making controversial remarks surfaced on the internet. He had issued an apology for his remarks. He then posted an ambiguous story on Instagram on June 2 after which he reportedly went missing.

ANI reported that MC Kode has been found in Jabalpur. “23-year-old rapper Aditya Tiwari, who went missing from Delhi last week, has been traced to Madhya Pradesh's Jabalpur, by police team: Delhi Police,” read ANI’s tweet. ANI further quoted MC Kode’s mother Deepa saying that a few days ago, a video from 6 years ago from a rap battle of Aditya was being circulated on social media. “Contents of the video might have hurt religious sentiments of some people. Trolls gave it a religious colour,” she said.

Aditya Tiwari’s mother claimed that the old video was circulated on social media due to jealousy and enmity. She said that the trolling, and death threats to Aditya continued even after he issued an apology.

According to Indian Express, Aditya’s mother Deepa Tiwari filed a complaint in South Delhi’s Mehrauli police station on June 4. A day later, a case of kidnapping was registered.
