This song will definitely take most of you back to your childhood, when Sundays were solely meant for Rudyard Kipling’s Jungle Book on television. And remember that song, ‘Jungle Jungle Baat Chali Hai, Pataa Chala Hai, Chaddi Pehen Ke Phool Khila Hai Pehen Ke Phool Khila Hai’?
With Jon Favreau’s Jungle Book set to hit the screens on April 8, the makers have released a new version of the popular number.

The song has been penned by Gulzar and composed by Vishal Bhardwaj. Tiny tots Jia Wadkar, Yuvika Chaudhury, Abhirup Dass, Vatsala Mishra, Shaksham Karia, Rashi Salil Harmalkar, Avishkar Yogesh Khot and Oushnik Majumdar have rendered it beautifully.
Jungle Book’s Hindi version will feature the voices of Priyanka Chopra, Irrfan Khan, Shefali Shah, Om Puri, Nana Patekar and Bugs Bhargava.
