Catch The Groovy Track Raat Baaki From Ittefaq EXCLUSIVELY On 9XM All Day

If you haven’t heard the groovy track, Raat Baaki from Sonakshi Sinha, Sidharth Malhotra and Akshaye Khanna’s thriller, Ittefaq, then tune in right NOW to 9XM as we’re playing the song exclusively all day (Oct 24).

Sung by Jubin Nautyal and Nikhita Gandhi, the title song of the film is a beautiful rendition of the Namak Halal (1982) song Raat Baaki Baat Baaki. The original composition of the song was done by Bappi Lahiri and now it's been recreated by Tanishk Bagchi.

The lead cast of the film took to social media to talk about the song.

Talking about the film, Dev (Akshaye Khanna), a police officer, is investigating a double murder case that has only two witnesses, who are also the prime suspects. The suspects - Vikram (Siddharth Malhotra), an acclaimed writer, and Maya (Sonakshi Sinha), a young homemaker, have different narratives about the events of that fateful night. Both the stories seem true but there can be only one truth. Dev is torn between the two versions of the story, and will not settle till he finds out what happened that night. Will the real murderer come in front? Well, for that you will have to watch the film.

Directed by Abhay Chopra and produced by Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar, Ittefaq is a remake of the the Rajesh Khanna and Nanda starrer 1969 film of the same name.
