The song Gabru Ready To Mingle Hai from Happy Bhag Jayegi is out and it’s a foot-tapping, peppy Punjabi number!
The beats are catchy and the song has Diana Penty and Mika Singh dancing like no one’s watching.
Produced by Anand L. Rai and Krishika Lulla, the film also stars Abhay Deol, Ali Fazal, Jimmy Shergill and Momal Sheikh in lead roles. The plot of the film revolves around Happy (Diana) an Indian girl who tries to run away from her wedding and lands in Lahore.
Happy Bhag Jayegi marks the return of Diana after two years of her Bollywood debut, Cocktail. When asked about staying away from movies after Cocktail, the model-actress recently told a section of the media: “No regrets, everybody takes their own time. May be I have taken a little longer than the others, but I wouldn't do a film unless I was happy about it. Then, I'll give it my 100 per cent.”
Diana also said she can relate to the roles her co-star Abhay chooses. “They are more content-driven than commercial, and that’s my space as well. I wouldn't want to do anything frivolous,” she said.
The movie is slated to release on August 19, 2016.
