‘Rabb Da Radio 2’ is the sequel of 2017 release ‘Rabb Da Radio'
On 23rd March 2021, The National Awards for the year 2019 were announced honouring the films, directors, casts and everyone who makes a film extraordinary with their supreme talents. In the category of Best Punjabi Feature Film, ‘Rabb Da Radio 2’ bags the National Award. The film features Tarsem Jassar and Simi Chahal.
Released in 2019, the ‘Rabb Da Radio 2’ is the sequel of the film ‘Rabb Da Radio’ released in 2017. It is a romantic film based on emotions and relationships. The movie has a strong message of family values and the bond of love.
Along with Tarsem Jassar and Simin Chahal, the movie had a bunch of talented actors on board. BN Sharma, Nirmal Rishi, Avtar Gill, Harby Sanga, Gurpreet, Jagjeet Sandhu, Bhangu, Tania, Shivandra Mahal, Sunita Dhir, Baljinder Kaur and many more can be seen in pivotal roles. The film was helmed by Sharan Art and written by Jass Grewal. Other than Best Punjabi Feature Film, Pollywood singer B Praak has also won the National Award for the song ‘Teri Mitti’ from the Hindi movie ‘Kesari’.
