Rachita Ram's Statement About 'First Night' Lands Her In Trouble; Film Association Demands Apology From The Actress
Kannada actress Rachita Ram is making headlines for a controversial reason. For the uninitiated, last week, Rachita attended a press conference of her upcoming film, Love You Rachchu, along with the team members. One of the reporters asked her about acting in intimate scenes. To this, she said that the bold scenes were the demand of the script.

According to TellyChakkar, she also asked the journalists, "There are so many people here who are married. I do not have any intention to embarrass anyone. Generally, I am asking you guys to tell me what people do after marriage? What do they do?" She then answered her questions, "They will romance, right? That's what is being shown in the film."

She further added, "There is some reason why I have done these scenes. You will get to know it when you watch the movie. You just had a kid, you should tell me," she said smilingly at the reporter who had asked her the question. The Kannada Kranthi Dal wants Rachita to apologise in public for her statement apart from calling for her ban. They have also approached the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce to take action against the actress. Tejasvi Nagalingaswamy, President of Karnataka Film Chamber said that her comments were against the 'culture of India' and tarnished the image of the state.

Directed by Shankar Raj, Love You Rachchu also stars Krishna Ajai Rao.
