After Rotterdam Koozhangal Goes To Kyiv Molodist International Film Festival
Koozhangal to be screened at the Kyiv Molodist International film festival in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Debutant director PS Vinothraj’s movie ‘’Koozhangal’’ became the first Tamil film to win the prestigious Tiger Award at Rotterdam's 50th International Film Festival. After achieving many great things, the movie is now selected for the Kyiv Molodist International Film Festival screening.
The Kyiv Molodist International Film festival has been held annually for the past 50 years in Kyiv, Ukraine. Many famous and talented directors have had their films screened at this film festival. Koozhangal is a Tamil movie that tells the story of a father and son who fight their way to reach their village through a massive disaster. PS Vinothraj was getting praised by the viewers for his directing skills after its premiere at Rotterdam and now there’s no doubt that he wouldn’t blow everyone’s mind with his amazing directing skills and the way he shows every emotion perfectly in every scene.
Koozhanghal has been screened at film festivals including the New Directors New Films Festival in New York, the Jeonju International Film Festival held in South Korea, and the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles.
