The South Indian actor, Ajith Kumar who is popularly known as ‘’Thalla’’ recently received a bomb threat on Monday. After receiving the call, Ajith quickly filed a case against the caller, and later it turned out to be a hoax.
After receiving the information a Chennai police team quickly rushed to the actor’s house with a K9 unit. While investigating the area the dogs couldn’t find any bomb near the residence and after the investigation, it was discovered that the caller was a mentally ill person named Dinesh from Marakkanam town.
Over the last few years, Dinesh has also threatened superstar Rajnikanth, Thalapathy Vijay, former Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa, Puducherry chief minister V Narayanaswamy and Puducherry Governor Kiran Bedi with a bomb scare. The police have advised his parents of Dinesh to not give him a phone but somehow he manages to sneak one and continue his delinquent work by calling numerous Kollywood actors and giving them a bomb threat. After checking Ajith Kumar’s house and catching the caller, he is now safe.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Ajith Kumar will be next seen in H. Vinoth's directorial film, Valimai.
