Ashwath Marimuthu To Remake Oh My Kadavule In Telugu and Hindi
Ashwath Marimuthu to make his Bollywood debut with the remake of his hit film, Oh My Kadavule.
The famous director, Ashwath Marimuthu who rose to fame with his directorial movie "Oh My Kadavule" is now all set to make his Bollywood debut.
The romantic Tamil movie, Oh My Kadavule which starred Ashok Selvan and Ritika Singh and also Vijay Sethupathi in a cameo role is now going to remake in Telugu and Hindi. Ashwatha Marimuthu will be directing the Hindi remake and produced by Endemol Shine India. The shoot of the Telugu remake will start soon and talking about why he chose to remake ''Oh My Kadavule" he said "I see this as an opportunity to understand how every industry works. Though the emotions in OMK a more universal, the look and feel of the movies are going to be different and it will be a new experience for me to do the same script in different ways in different languages. More than that, it is an opportunity for me to get introduced to every industry. This helps me gain a reputation and when I do my next film, I can think of making it as a pan-Indian film even at the script level."
In the upcoming Telugu remake of OMK the actor, Vishwak Sen will be seen in the lead role. More official announcements of the film will be done soon.
