On Sunday, November 26, Vanitha Vijaykumar took to Twitter to reveal an alarming incident where she was assaulted by an unfamiliar assailant, resulting in a bleeding injury to her face. Sharing a picture displaying her swollen and discolored eye, she explained that the attack occurred as her daughter, Jovika, and others were protesting against contestant Pradeep Antony, who was subsequently ousted from the show. Vanitha Vijaykumar, a veteran actress, recounted being attacked while outside her sister's residence in Chennai. She clarified that after completing her review, she was outside when the assailant approached and assaulted her. Following the incident, she lodged a complaint with the Tamil Nadu Police regarding this distressing matter. Elaborating about the incident she tweeted "Ni support vera and hit me hard on my face and fleed away . I was in so much pain bleeding in my face and yelling. No one around was around 1 am .i called my sister to come down she urged me to go report this incident to police but i told her I lost trust in the process." Pradeep Antony has finally responded to Vanitha Vijaykumar's reported attack. In his reaction, The Bigg Boss 7 Tamil contestant expressed complete unawareness of the incident. He stated, "Clarification: I genuinely harbor no ill will towards any contestants or individuals. My interactions are simply how I engage with them. @vanithavijayku1 I'm unaware of what occurred, but I sympathize with your situation. Please take the time to rest.
