The news of their separation came as a shock to their fans, who hoped that they would sort out their differences and come together again. However, now it is being reported that the estranged couple has filed for divorce.
Yes, you read that right! As reported by the Hindustan Times, they have finally filed for divorce at a Chennai family court recently. Citing India Today’s source, the media publication reports that Dhanush and Aishwaryaa have filed a petition under Section 13 B, divorce by mutual consent. Their case will be heard soon. It was October last year when reports surfaced on the internet that they were planning to reconcile. Dismissing the claims, it was stated that the couple has moved on in their life. Dhanush isn’t investing his time in their broken relationship. The report by Bollywood Life added that he and Aishwaryaa have made peace and know that things will never be the same for them again as a married couple. Quoting a source from Hindustan Times, the entertainment portal wrote, “They are separated and gone in different directions.
