The film that stars South superstar Ajith Kumar in the lead role, has reportedly completed 90% of the film. Due to the lockdown, owing to COVID-19 pandemic, many films’ shootings were stalled and release dates were pushed ahead. Soon after the lockdown rules were eased, filmmakers got back on the track taking the utmost safety precautions. As the shooting of Ajith starrer Valimai is on the verge of wrapping up, reports are abuzz that its first look poster might be revealed soon.
Yes, you heard right! According to a report in Filmibeat, the shooting of Ajith Kumar is expected to be wrapped by February 1st week. Earlier reports had stated that soon after wrapping up the shooting, the makers will unveil the first look poster of Valimai. Now the latest reports confirm the same and stated that fans can expect the launch of Valimai’s first look by next week. Isn’t that exciting?
Valimai is produced by the Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios. The film also stars Huma Qureshi in the lead role.
Boney Kapoor and Ajith Kumar have already teamed up for another project which was filmmaker’s late wife Sridevi’s dream. On Aug 6, 2019, Boney Kapoor had made an announcement about Nerkonda Paarvai and wrote in a Tweet, “I am truly blessed 9am IST today Premiere Show of @nerkondapaarvai will start in Singapore.
