Samantha Ruth Prabhu is currently riding high on the success of her dancer number 'Oo Antava' from Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Pushpa: The Rise. The actress has many interesting and big-budget movies in her kitty and amongst them is the upcoming women-centric film Yashoda, which is in its pre-production stage. As per the latest update on the movie, a massive set is reportedly being built for Yashoda and it includes a luxurious 7-star hotel. And, the whopping cost of this hotel will make your jaws drop!
As per a Tollywood.net report, a luxurious 7-star hotel set is being built as a part of the set for Yashoda. This hotel will play an important role in the movie. The cost of this lush hotel alone is about Rs. 3 crore. Well, that’s quite a huge amount. It is being said that the makers are spending so much in the said hotel set because it plays a pivotal role as far as the storyline is concerned.
Talking about the movie, Yashoda is being directed by filmmaker duo Hari Shankar and Harish Narayan and is bankrolled by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad under the banner of Sridevi Movies. Besides Samantha, the movie also stars Unni Mukundan, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma and Sampath Raj. Yashoda will be released in Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi apart from Telugu. The film went on floors last year in December.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu also has Gunasekhar’s upcoming epic mythological love story Shaakuntalam with Dev Mohan in the pipeline.
