The multi-talented actor, Silambarasan Rajendar has been shooting his most awaited upcoming film, "Maanadu" with his crewmates for months and the shooting is nearing its end now.
Now, the latest is that the political thriller movie is all set to release on May 14 on the occasion of Eid. While March and April are packed with the grand releases, director Venkat Prabhu chose to release the movie in May, on the occasion of Eid as the movie is a political thriller that mainly is focused on changing the opinion of many people on Muslims. Silambarasan is going to be seen portraying the role of, Abdul Khaaliq, a Muslim and changing many judgments. Maanadu's teaser was recently released on the official YouTube account of V. S. Productions. The teaser was filled with mystery and thrill; Silambarasan was seen controlling the time and fighting its enemies.
Maanadu is an upcoming political action thriller movie written and directed by Venkat Prabhu and produced by Suresh Kamatchi. It features Silambarasan and Kalyani Priyadarshan in the lead role, with S. J. Suryah as the antagonist. The film is set to hit the theatres on 14th May 2021.
