Suriya starrer Soorarai Pottru has been making buzz ever since its release. Soorarai Pottru, which was released last year, received an amazing response from the audience. The movie being the biopic of Simplifly Deccan founder, G. R. Gopinath, Suriya portrayed the titular role whereas Aparna Balamurali essayed the role of his wife Sundari and won hearts with her performance. As many are aware, the film has been setting records ever since its release.
It got selected as one among ten Indian films to be screened under the Best Foreign Film category at the 78th Golden Globe Awards. The plot of the film revolves around the story of Maara, who dreams about having an airline service of his own. He faces multiple struggles in doing so.
