Thalapathy 65: Second Schedule Of Vijay's Upcoming Tamil Blockbuster To Happen In Saligramam, Chennai
The popular Tamil star Thalapathy Vijay has collaborated with Nelson Dhilipkumar for his upcoming project titled “Thalapathy 65”, and the film started rolling already long back. As informed earlier by Vijay that the team has already wrapped their Georgia schedule, and some major sequences have been shot during the schedule. As per the latest report, the second schedule of “Thalapathy 65” to happen in Saligramam, Chennai. Vijay took to his Twitter handle and wrote – “#Thalapathy65 2nd Schedule Shoot to take place in Saligramam - Chennai.”

“Thalapathy 65” team planned to begin the second schedule in Saligramam, Chennai this month with all precautions and rules post lockdown due to pandemic.  Meanwhile, the makers are also planning to erect a massive shopping mall set in Chennai for the next schedule. The shooting of 'Thalapathy 65' is expected to be wrapping up by September. But the release date is still not decided, and the makers haven't enclosed it yet. The gorgeous Pooja Hegde plays the leading lady opposite Vijay. The blockbuster movie is bankrolled by Sun pictures and it has music scored by Anirudh Ravichander.


The popular Malayalam actress Aparna Das also features in the blockbuster movie. The other cast is yet to be announced. National Award-winning stunt choreographer duo Anbariv has collaborated for stunts and Manoj Paramahamsa will be behind the camera.

As informed earlier, the makers had initially planned to release the film on the occasion of Diwali 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it seems to be difficult to complete the film on time. Therefore, the report by the media portal suggested that the release date of “Thalapathy 65” might get postponed to Tamil New Year, April 2022.
