Fans are eagerly looking forward to Thalapathy Vijay's upcoming film. Much to the fans' delight, the makers of the film shared a candid picture of Vijay in which he can be seen engrossed in a conversation with director Nelson Dilipkumar. The makers announced that the shooting has started and it has already left many fans beyond excited for the film.

Sharing the photo on Twitter, they wrote, "#Thalapathy65 shooting has started in Georgia! @actorvijay @Nelsondilpkumar @anirudhofficial @hegdepooja." The film also stars Pooja Hegde, who is also in Georgia to shoot for her portion. As per reports, Yogi Babu is also rumoured to be a part of the film. However, no official announcement has been made yet. 

The film is bankrolled by Sun Pictures, while Anirudh Ravichander is roped in to compose music. Vijay was last seen in Master. The actor delivered a spectacular performance in it. The movie also starred Malavika Mohanan and Vijay Sethupathi.

Talking about Pooja Hegde, she has interesting projects in her kitty. Apart from this film with Vijay, she will be seen opposite Akhil Akkineni in Most Eligible Bachelor. She will also be seen sharing screen space with Prabhas in Radhe Shyam. The movie is all set to release on 30th July. Other than that, Pooja also has a Bollywood film titled 'Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali' co-starring Salman Khan.
