The Great Indian Kitchen: Shoot Of R Kannan's Popular Multilingual Film Starring Aishwarya Rajesh Begins
Aishwarya Rajesh has joined hands with the director, R Kannan for his upcoming Tamil remake of the Malayalam film, ''The Great Indian Kitchen''.
It was reported that the team will be starting the shoot in March and now today the shooting of the film finally started with a small pooja held by the director Kannan, Aishwarya Rajesh, and the rest of the crew. The Malayalam movie tells us the story of a newly married woman who posts her marriage and tries to fit into the conventional mold that society has prescribed for married women. But somewhere along the way, she starts feeling that this is not the life she wants. Aishwarya Rajesh will be seen in the lead role which was played by Nimisha Sajayan in the original movie. The team will begin the shoot in Karaikudu lasting for 30-45 days.

R. Kannan will be making the remake of, ''The Great Indian Kitchen'' a Malayalam family drama written and directed by Jeo Baby. It features Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead role.
