Vaadivasal: After Actor Suriya Tests Positive For COVID Director Vetri Maaran Postpones Shoot Schedule To July
From March 2020 Kollywood lives have been disrupted due to the wave of COVID-19 worldwide. The film industry suffered a loss since a lot of movies got delayed, many actors felt sick and because of the pandemic, the shooting also stopped. Even if things are getting a little bit better the coronavirus isn't gone completely.

The Tamil actor, Suriya who has been shooting his upcoming film, Vaadivasal recently revealed that he has tested positive for COVID and went into quarantine immediately after. Since there were a lot of people shooting with Suriya, the director of Vaadivasal, Vetri Maaran taking everyone's health and security first he has postponed the shooting schedule till July till everything gets better and it is safe to work again.
 
Vaadvisal movie is directed by Vetri Maaran, and it's based on the novel CS Chellappa on the same name. Suriya is going to be seen in a dual role. The makers are planning to release the film in April 2022.
