Lokesh Kanagaraj's Vikram has been in the news for quite some time now. The film is touted to have an unconventional storyline featuring Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, and Fahadh Faasil. While we can't contain our excitement for the film, here are some interesting character details about the leading cast. As per a source, Kamal is playing an aged cop who has to protect a witness played by Antony Varghese from the gangster played by Vijay Sethupathi. Whereas, Fahadh Faasil plays a corrupt cop who helps Vijay Sethupathi. For now, there hasn't been any official confirmation on the same either from the makers or the cast. However, this bit of news has the fans of these three superstars super excited.
Just a few weeks back Mollywood superstar Fahaad Faasil confirmed in an interview that he has bagged a dream character in the film and is excited to share screen space with Kamal Haasan. While Vijay Sethupathi who was having difficulty in accommodating dates for the film has finally come on board last week. Lokesh Kanagaraj's Vikram is turning out to be a much bigger film with this stellar cast in one frame.
Vikram was expected to go on the floors some time ago but that did not happen due to the Covid-19 lockdown and Kamal's political commitments. Now the shoot is likely to start once the coronavirus situation improves. Last year in November the makers also teased the fans with a two-minute-long teaser from the film. The anticipation for Vikram is much higher since the release of the teaser, as for the first time Kamal Haasan will be locking horns with two versatile actors- Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil in the film
Meanwhile, Kamal Haasan is waiting for the release of Indian 2, which is directed by Shankar and is on hold for a long time. While, Fahadh Faasil will be next seen in Pushpa, starring Allu Arjun.
