The most awaited movie of Dhanush’s “Jagame Thandhiram” released. Karthik Subbaraj directorial Jagame Thandhiram features Dhanush, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Joju George, Kalaiyarasan, Sharath Ravi and James Cosmo.

Ponniyin Selvan star Vikram Prabhu is an avid social media user. He looked excited for the release of Dhanush starrer ”Jagame Thandiram” and he wished the whole team for its best performance among the audience on Twitter handles. He captioned the post as – “Looking forward to the entertainment on @NetflixIndia #JagameThandhiram Best wishes @karthiksubbaraj @sash041075 @Music_Santhosh & to the entire team”.  As we all know that the highly anticipated Tamil movie ”Jagame Thandiram” released on Netflix OTT platform.

Initially the makers of “Jagame Thandhiram” intended to release in theatres, but they took the Netflix OTT release due to the pandemic. Dhanush had expresses his concern with the OTT release strategy, but he understood the situation and seems to have made peace with it. The actor once said on Twitter handles that he felt like he waited for this film for a long time now. Finally, the movie made its way and was going to reach people, he looked very excited. Dhanush, through his social media handles wished that the film could have been released under better circumstances but eventually he consoled himself. 

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Vikram Prabhuis busy shooting for Mani Ratnam’s “Ponniyin Selvan”. Vikram was featured in “Pulikkuthi Pandi”. The film was released on television recently. Presently,Vikram’s upcoming film “Pagaiye Kathiru” directed by Manivel. The film has Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in the female lead role and Vidya Pradeep in the pivotal role. The music is composed by Sam CS.
