Good Luck Sakhi: Keerthy Suresh’s Sports Romantic Comedy To Release In Theatres, Makers Clarify

Keerthy Suresh starrer Good Luck Sakhi was scheduled to be released theatrically on 3 June 2021 along with the dubbed versions of Tamil and Malayalam languages.

Good Luck Sakhi: Keerthy Suresh’s Sports Romantic Comedy To Release In Theatres, Makers Clarify
Actress Keerthy Suresh and director  Nagesh Kukunoor's sports romantic drama Good Luck Sakshi had created a buzz among the fans after the release of its teaser last year. The film was scheduled to release on 3 June however, the makers postponed the film's release due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now for weeks, social media is abuzz with speculations that Good Luck Sakshi will get a direct OTT release. The film's producer Sudheer Chandra, however, informed that Good Luck Sakshi will release in theatres only.

Producer Sudheer Chandra stated, “There are rumors that we are going for a direct OTT release all over media. Kindly request the media to refrain from saying so. None of it is true. We will come with an update in any. Hoping everyone stays home and stays safe.” 

The teaser of Good Luck Sakshi's which was released last year created a lot of buzz among the actress fans and is one of the most anticipated films of Keerthy. The National Award Winner is playing the title role in the woman-centric film. She will be seen as a shooter in the sports rom-com, whereas Aadi Pinisetty will be seen as the male lead and Jagapathi Babu in a crucial role. The film boasts proudly of a female-dominated crew lead by co-producer Shravya Varma. It is a multi-lingual film being made simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam languages.

Good Luck Sakshi is presented by producer Dil Raju, while Sudheer Chandra Padiri is producing under the Worth A Shot Motion Arts banner.
