Naga Chaitanya has finally talked about the relationship between him and his ex-wife Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The former couple left the world in shock as they have been formally divorced and the reason for their split is still unknown. While fans are still hoping for the duo to rekindle their love, Chaitanya admitted that he and Samantha have moved on.
The actor spoke about how the media and public constantly cite the diminishing healthy space they both have built. He also shared his opinions about Samantha and said that she is a 'lovely person' and 'deserves all the happiness'. Speaking to ETimes, the actor shared, "Yes. It has been more than two years since we separated and a year since we formally divorced. The court has granted us a divorce. Both of us have moved on with our lives. I have tremendous respect for that phase of my life."
He added, "[Samantha] is a lovely person and deserves all the happiness. It is only when the media speculates that things get awkward between us. In the public eye, that mutual respect is taken away. That's what I feel bad about."
During the same interview, Chay spoke of what’s the worst thing about it all. He said that the media brings in the third person, who is not really connected to his past to make headlines.
