Ram Charan and his wife Upasna organise Langar Seva at Golden Temple
South superstar Ram Charan is currently riding high on the success of his latest release 'RRR', which has smashed all records at the box office. Directed by SS Rajamouli, the magnum opus has collected a whopping Rs, 1000 crore at the box office and has become the highest-grossing film of all time. It seems like Ram is in no mood to rest as he has begun the shooting of his next project ‘RC 15’ in Amritsar, Punjab. During his stay in the holy city, Ram organised langar seva at Golden Temple.
The actor was accompanied by his wife Upasna on his professional trip. Upasna took to Instagram and shared a video from the holy shrine and said she got the privilege of representing her husband and participating in the noble service, langar seva. Alongside the video, she wrote, “As a mark of gratitude Mr.C hosted a langar seva at the golden temple in Amritsar. I had the privilege & opportunity to represent him by participating in the seva as he was shooting for #RC 15. This truly fed my soul. Rc & I feel blessed with your love & accept it with humility @alwaysramcharan.”
The Gurudwara Committee also gifted Upasna a portrait of the Golden Temple. During his stay in Amritsar, Ram Charan also met BSF jawans at the BSF campus in the Khasa area and spent a good amount of time with jawans. This sweet gesture of Ram Charan is winning hearts on social media. Many users called him ‘man with a golden heart’. Reportedly, the Dhruva actor got his chef from Hyderabad to accompany him to Amritsar and asked him to cook a hearty meal for the BSF personnel and jawans.
The Magadheera actor is reportedly shooting for filmmaker Shankar’s upcoming multilingual film RC 15 in Amritsar. The movie also stars Bollywood actress Kiara Advani as the female lead opposite Ram Charan.
